And 3, they can accept your no offer of the test and take legal actions, you already stated you are “nervous” if the test were to come back positive, so even you know there’s potential chance of meth activities that have taken place on this property so you can have the situation be dealt with in the court of law.

Maybe bankruptcy, maybe slow courts or laws over Covid, maybe owner missed a payment and started paying again, but one payment behind, maybe trying to do a workout, maybe some environmental hazard with the property that they want to take ownership of it.So that would be the first step....find out who owns it.....individual or LLC or now in lender name.

If nobody redeems during that lawsuit, and nobody with redemption rights demands a public auction, then the judge will foreclose your liens, quiet title in you, order the clerk of the court to issue a deed to you, and you will own the property, free and clear of any liens or claims.
