Thankfully my tenants are all responsible for their own utilities.I should add: with the relative humidity about 20%, 68 degrees feels MUCH cooler than it does in other parts of the country.

While the main syndication process may be identical, there will be legal nuances that are country specific. 

My thought there is, if you reached out to the tenant maybe there might be another path?  

We have the cheapest real estate in the country which is why so many out of state investors love buying properties here.

Not sure which path I'll take yet, as I'm in "absorb everything and learn thyself" mode still.
