You are advertising a property to the public with the expectation of compensation and you have no license to do that.. this is a lot of what this thread is about.. and the way some wholesalers are butchering these deals people are going to start to get up set and start filing complaints which they have been doing in some states.. the regulators then say hey we have a predatory problem and they concentrate on finding and shutting down this illegal activity..
