Consumer loans are much more restricted and regulated in servicing as well.There are benefits to both the borrower and lender to "board" that note with a servicer and be compliant with laws.

I would love to be able to do some marketing but most of my extra money from my full time job goes to paying off the credit cards. thank you for reading and anything that would be helpful would be greatly appreciated.Why not document what they advertised, your attempts to terminate and obtain a refund and turn that in to your State Attorney General as a consumer compliant, that usually gets people's attention. :)

Lending to family and friends can be an good idea, but make sure to have the paperwork drawn up by an attorney to make it official and compliant with your laws.

Hopefully they are keeping the place clean anyways :) So far, they have been compliant, and even went as far as to take down decorations etc. for the owner.
