Right now i track expenses and log receipts in a free app called tenant cloud and for income i just have a seperate checking account. ( which i finally just opened only months ago.)thanks you in advance, would really like to get to the next level in my investing, but this is holding me back for sure. 

That’s correct @Kobe Xin-  eXp also excepts part-time agents and utilizes a cloud-based office which means you can access it anytime and attend recorded trainings at your convenience.  

Is anyone aware of a solid tool that is more advanced than the big name cloud based software out there that can do the analysis and generate a report for potential buyers. 

It seems like you’re still undecided as to whether you want to join a team or operate independently and as Anthoney mentioned it can offer a lot of flexibility because of its cloud based nature.

@Chris McmahanIt’s very true that there are always some kind of surprise with REOs and their titles having some type of clouding, whether a lien, active code violation accumulating fines, or some other type of encumbrance that needs to be cleared.

Since I took over the lease, my tenant has trained me to chase rent (one of the aforementioned mistakes).

Being that it's 100% on the cloud, have you had any issues with accessing it or backing up your data?

It is definitely difficult, but my office is a cloud based office so I am used to working from home.

Most tax professionals are using cloud software and other technology to handle client's needs remotely. 

Im looking for something cloud based that we can use for fix and flips as well as buy and hold.
