I have been learning as much as I can these last 7mons from podcasts, youtube videos, and books (Rich Dad, Poor Dad is a classic btw).

Sounds like maybe some kind of setup: the classic honeypot where a scammer lures you in and then blackmails you or scams you somehow.

In our area, I tend to see Facebook marketplace still working really well and the classic Craigslist post too..
