I believe the casinos are not really attracting a lot of attention anymore, so that probably means less employment in that area versus the last 5-10 years.

Its seems there are good deals to be had there but also it seems like a lot of big players are building are apartment buildings which are taking away from the smaller, older Multifamily homes.

I own 4 acres right across from the Graton Casino and am working with Rohnert park on a mixed used resi commercial plan.. they need housing. but as you know in that area its just SO expensive to get the dirt ready for vertical and the building permits and systems development fee's are off the charts.Even here in Portlandia..
