We purchased 133.7 acres January 20th of 2024, we then proceeded to subdivide 4 building lots, ( two 10 acre lots, and two 2 acre lots) which included costs associated with septic testing, survey & subdivision, and property maintenence required to market the building lots.

I'm doing a refi on a multi-family building right now with a lender I found here on the BiggerPockets Lender Finder - https://www.biggerpockets.com/business/finder/lenders They've been able to help me get a DSCR loan which others on this post have mentioned and they've been pretty quick should be able to close before the new year in less than 3 weeks from when I started the process!

Stairs are the only way to get in, no grab rails in the bathroom, ramps that are too steep, etc.From what I've read, all commercial businesses/buildings (including ones before the ADA was passed) have to comply with the rules, unless it would be outrageously tough to fix (like installing an elevator in an already built building).Are all these local business just not complying and taking the risk, or am I missing something?
