i bought property at tax sale auction in Dekalb county Georgia, over 12 months ago, now i am doing barment, i published ad news paper, i sent 30 days notices to ex owners and all parties might have interest, and the property now it empty / unoccupied.my question is: if 30 days notice expired and no body redeemed, can i enter the property and start to fix / repair the property, and rent it??

As someone that receives 100s of pieces of marketing, texts, and calls in a given month I can tell you that I put everything I get from some sort of automated caller/mailing system directly in the trash or just lose/block the number.

This is all sorts of wrong.My initial issue with Matthew's advice is that the property has only been owned for a month so unless the "wind damage" occurred during that time there is no covered loss here.

Eventually I would like to set up some sort of "in-house" property management to cut back on these fees.If you are able to self-manage those rentals, though, then the fee is a non-issue!
