No matter the outcome, I'm glad I looked and feel like it's progress in my investing journey (that hasn't technically begun yet).

A few of the flippers and wholesalers I know in the Orlando area have been coming up so short on deals that they've begun to offer their capital as private lending to others satisfied with paper thin margins.  

I have also begun researching some marketing strategies to direct my interest to sellers I have started to look up how to get recent eviction notices as well plan on doing a simple mail out to multi-family homes in my areas of interest.

I've connected with several wholesalers and begun discussion with a potential partner and contractors. 

I have recently begun my REI business and purchased my first duplex.

If they don't pay, the eviction process has already begun so lost revenue is minimized.

I've only just begun...why would I trust you? 

With all of the properties I've also begun accumulating tools to help me get the jobs done.
