Current GC New to Real Estate Investment

Hi BP, I'm a GC based out of Long Island, NY. I've been running my remodeling business since 2015, which currently focuses on residential projects. Now that I've begun to make strides as a GC, I would love to learn more about investment options in real estate, primarily flips and rentals. Since I'm so green to the investment side any feedback or directional advice would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to networking and learning! Thanks in advance.
