Current GC New to Real Estate Investment

Hi BP, I'm a GC based out of Long Island, NY. I've been running my remodeling business since 2015, which currently focuses on residential projects. Now that I've begun to make strides as a GC, I would love to learn more about investment options in real estate, primarily flips and rentals.
