I have always loved Michigan and am looking to buy a personal property with lots of land over 20 acres that I can visit on weekends.

What are your thoughts on buying vacant land?

We advertisers would buy banners and email links, sponsor crap and flourish all without the consumer (eye balls) being force fed.   

This is not legal advice in any way, but I hold my properties (flips, rentals..everything) in Land Trusts and have my LLC be the beneficiary of the trust.

We certainly have lots of land in Texas but there is no forum category for it on Bigger Pockets. 

My parents actually have land in the area from where our rental properties are so we have moved it there.

Seems like a real cash cow if you get ahead of the ball. 

Heck, I run it and print it out for a seller and include it with my PA as justification to my #'s that I am not just low-balling em but here is the facts, I'm gonna have this n that price coming up. 

Just curious if you're happy with where you landed cash flow wise post refi?
