Just make sure if you are using financing that you ask your lender what happens if the property appraises as "rural."

If you do about $40k in renovations the seasoning can be bypassed with some lenders, going off new appraised value and that would get you the 75% of the ~ $1.267m value or loan amount of $950k.Happy to chat further on this.
