I have found a lot of articles on smart water meters being installed by some city water companies but not much on wifi enabled water meters for consumer purchase. 

Early on in my investing journey I experienced a ton of water damage because of water leaks in places that often goes unnoticed under sinks, in utility closets etc.I was curious if anyone else here has considered any remote monitoring water leak systems?

I talk to a lot of people looking to test the waters. 

This means, site plan has been signed off by the county, building plan is approved, site has water, electricity, and sewer/septic.

Is that because well water is generally harder on the filter mechanics?

Right next to the water meter. 

Do you have heat, water, stove/oven that work, a safe unit?  

Three or more months and have the renters pay for water and electric but offer Internet and yard care. 

I also pay for the water so the added income would help offset the bill, thanks in advance!
