If your house is a cut above the usual rental you might want to go towards finding someone relocating through a real estate agent.

My friend is about thinking of signing a lease for an apartment that is one of two in a cut-up single family home.

You might want post the city of the property in Arizona so that someone with more acute local knowledge can provide some perspective.

Now that we are moving, we want to keep it and rent it, since we've updated so much, but I'm concerned that we may not be in a financial position to do so, being that though my wife is getting, a raise, I'm having to take a cut.  

I understand that he will take a cut, but it will be very small.

This is why I no longer have my full name and have a cute bunny photo on my profile instead of the sexy mama photo I should have!  

Currently Im not interested in renting it out however I may in the future partner with a local vacation rental company that handles all bookings, cleaning and marketing to local and foreign tourist for a cut of the proceeds.

So if your end buyer could just find an equal property from the MLS why pay you a cut?

Now...I know a cute little bungalow with a moat and a drawbridge that would be just perfect!

Felt interesting and may be they are more interested in the attendees bringing the deals to them that pass the criteria in which they would fund and take a cut.
