Are there any draftsmen in SoCal who offer services that prepares plans (blue print and PRICING MATERIALS down the the last nail) for a space of about 30' x 18'?

To my knowledge in Seattle, mother-in-laws are considered accessory dwelling units (ADU) in Seattle whether they are attached or detatched (DADU).

There are a few options that are currently on our list:- Buy another townhouse- Purchase a property in old town and renovate- Build a new home with an accessory dwelling- Purchase a newer home and have an accessory dwelling addedI work as a DBA (Database Administrator) so I like going through the details.

The Accessory Structure detached cannot be a dwelling, and the Guest Cottage can be a dwelling but only unpaid, cannot be used for short-term or long-term rental.
