, relocating to area in droves.Could be just what I've been looking for.It needs some updating inside and it's got a super ugly tree out front that kills the curb appeal.I love this tree bc I think it's scaring people away and maybe creating a GREAT opportunity.I don't like it bc I'm not sure how expensive it would be to remove.I'm going to call some contractors and trimming people as soon as the holiday's over but thought I'd ask here too.Any thoughts from wise, experienced folks?

if the bathroom needs lots of work(plumping, toilet, shower) pay someone to get it done fast before you move in. flooring, vanity, painting, ceilings, trim can be done by yourself to save money.
