Is this a big problem? Expensive? Trees growing close to house.

I'm looking for a house-hack to get started in real estate. Plan is to live in for a while and then turn into a rental, repeat.

I came across a house I really like.

Really nice inside, and I really like the neighborhood.

Great upward potential. Big corporations, (Including my employer!), relocating to area in droves.

Could be just what I've been looking for.

It needs some updating inside and it's got a super ugly tree out front that kills the curb appeal.

I love this tree bc I think it's scaring people away and maybe creating a GREAT opportunity.

I don't like it bc I'm not sure how expensive it would be to remove.

I'm going to call some contractors and trimming people as soon as the holiday's over but thought I'd ask here too.

Any thoughts from wise, experienced folks?
