@Mathew Jacob Grab a adjudicated newspaper from your local convenience store ~ Under classifieds, look for legal notices ~ I don't know how the probate heading is listed for your county (petition to administer probate ~ heirs ~probate of will) ~ the notice will/should give you the information in what county court house the probate file is located with all the individuals who have an interest in the decedents property. ~ If you market in person, use caution.

For instance:-House in rough shape can only be cash deal: local ad magazines (people get for free, low cost to place ad) possibly a few newspapers.

Limit your newspaper reading and answering email to a time that works.
