Probably the most abused and broken law in the state!

By class I mean race, religion, sex, marital status, children, and some places age and sexual orientation.

All of them appear to have a pattern of sexual frustration leading up to their decision making.

In fact, I'm writing this post on a bus on my iPhone ;)

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place: Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; Teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; A teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

The condo is a more upscale property than the house and I have never had a tenant abuse the appliances (well I did have one bachelor who never ran the garbage disposal and it rusted shut, but he paid for a new one).

Imagine the overhead of a bus tour!

Obviously, if you own one or two properties, you are more venerable to PM abuse, but the more properties you own, the more leverage you have.

Nobody's dependent on your paycheck, so nobody but you gets hurt if you step in front of a bus.
