It is a 2338 sf 2-story home in Converse, TX on the east side of San Antonio.

My business partner (my brother who lives in San Francisco Bay Area) have saved up a solid amount of money and want to make a purchase where one of us will be local to help manage.

Looking back retrospectively, I notice that the Borrower also has another loan also in San Fran that mirrors what is going on here (in timeline to the month -I'm not in on this second deal):-12 month note; -Loan reached maturity early summer; Borrower declared both projects "behind schedule" over the summer, after note maturity.

My previous experience includes working with Citibank and interning with NAI commercial real estate services in San Francisco.
