I don't want to digress into religious debate with you guys.

The GOP was smart enough to realize that an important segment of the constituency -- the religious-right working-class white families from the mid-west -- would take to his southern drawl and lack of any intellectual overtones.

The US is very similar to Australia but unlike Australia, those who came here were driven to make their life better whether it was religiously or economically.

I feel like I would be requiring their religious/sexual preferences as well as political views as a disclosure.

Christan or non religious alike you can not be a bad steward of your money.I won't bore you with the numerous times I have counted on renters or buyers and even sellers to treat me with the same respect they demand but because I'm a cold hearted investor some how it's OK to lie renegociate disregard contracts not keep time lines you name it I have delt with it.

So while there isn't anything "wrong" with gym membership, tithing, PG&E, and dental insurance being on there, I'd just be going through and deleting those items early in the process.If curious, I believe the thinking is that while someone in general isn't going to be worse off for paying off a credit card to qualify, we can't have people cancelling or downgrading their health insurance to qualify, or failing to uphold their religious obligations.

You don't neeed to be first but it needs to satnd outand draw attention professionaly.Stay away from names that may imply a political or religious view.
