You're prospective buyers are single millennials like me, we hate carpet.

The city is still so affordable overall that I think that will keep it high on millennials' list of where to look at settling down. 

Over the next 5 years, the area expects to benefit from a migration of more than 100,000 millennial residents, a demographic that is most likely to rent vs own.

So imagine you catch pseudo-communist millennials in fatigues and backpacks moving there stuff into your office and you call the police...sorry, nothing they can do for you, you have spend months and thousands of dollars to get them out.  

I feel that Denver is continuing to move North and those areas are going to become more and more desirable as the millennials that flocked here from 2014 to 2018 start to grow their families and need a larger place to live. 

The high-density population with millennials who wants to live closer to downtown will trigger gentrification.
