That would make your adjacent holdings worth much more and be more buildable.Don't get overly greedy though - as you noted, your land should be worth more if the other development goes up.Good luck!

I have properties in OH, VA, Las Vegas, and I have never had a group of city workers that were either lazy, rude, or greedy.....A good PM will take that all away, but it is hard hard hard to find someone who DOESN'T make as much as I Do.

, the holding costs from the HML could eat into that $8000.Most experienced investors I know won't do a deal for less than a $15K projected profit; they're not greedy, they just know the real-world risks that go along with rehab projects.One more thing I'll throw out there is that you should be very cautious taking investing advice from someone who is lending you money on the deal (unless they are family).

The recommendation to take action finally got through and so this is my first step.I would like to achieve a level of financial freedom, I am not greedy but I think a billion ought to do it. ;-) I would really like to have the ability to leave my job and work for myself and decide my own schedule.
