Golden decision.

It would appear that you're in a good spot with this property and while new opportunities may arise IF there's a downturn that drags values down with it, I wouldn't kill the golden goose just yet.Even in a downturn, your property may not lose value with consistent, stable cash flow, so your offer now may not be off the table later.

Ive owned my own design agency for the last 15yrs.... that 6 figure salary is a golden ball of chain that slowed me down ...and Im tired of the hustle to maintain it.  

Has anyone heard of a certain Golden Apple Real Estate Inc by Karen Gray hiring in Calgary, AB. 

Now they look like golden handcuffs with limited investment options to choose from.

@Greg Golden It all depends on what you want to do and your goals, but I 100% recommend leveraging the equity in your properties to acquire more income producing assets!!

If it comes back higher, you’re golden.

If you can get a crew together before you purchase, you will be golden.  

That would be cool if most major markets had such a guide, that would be golden for investors.
