You would need substantially more money saved to do well on a flip I think.

i've done a few flips, a few BRRRRs and a few seller finance deals.time horizon and expectations are important right now.  

I will be making $55-$60/h by the time I’m certified at 21/22.I am also looking into side hustles to increase my income such as flipping cars, reselling etc.As of right now I have around 8k saved, and 5k invested in stocks.Obviously I cannot buy a property with just a few grand right now, but basically I just want to ask for any advice or tips you would give to me or your younger self when you started.I usually listen to audio books on personal finance and business while working instead of music to further my knowledge.Any sort of advice is welcome, books, podcasts, methods to learn about.

Hello, my name is Ben Mudd and we own a fix and flip company named Grace Renovations, LLC. 

Most bookkeepers won’t work in it if you plan to outsource it in the future.I use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for my flipping business, rental businesses, and bookkeeping clients. 

I've lived through rehabs, flips, short sales and made lots of money on buying and selling real estate.

I like using it for photography as well and plan to add before and after pics of my current flip.

I am interested in starting out with the fix & flip and BRRRR methods in the middle Georgia area.

With the current market been short on single family homes in our area we have made a strategic decision to pivot back to flipping a few properties. 

I like to do a BRRRR and flip it.
