It's a bit of a nuisance when they lose a toe or a few fingers and the investigation shows the person was also your tenant especially if the regulations state the landlord is responsible for upkeep..

When you're making $100k/season, does $50k sound good enough for you to just leave and never lift a finger?

that's why new construction here is so darn hot.. we are still shy 20k houses from what normal demand is .. and inmigration is still happening.. so you have builders like us selling everything before its done and like from 2017 to 2018 my exact same house I built and sold last year for 350k a door is selling for 430k a door and build cost only went up about 10k a door.. so for this year fingers crossed it going to be stellar to be a builder who has inventory.. and I bought the land 3 years ago at those prices. it all cycles.. but this cycle when it get to the end of this year and cash in..

I will post pics next month or in febuary to show how they turned out (fingers crossed).

I didn't install and kept my fingers crossed (and both houses went on the market in the Summer).  

My fingers get cramped just thinking about it ... let's see 19,000 Bill posts let's see at an average of 1500 words per post .... not quite War and Peace (yet) but getting there. 

Work begins this weekend so fingers crossed that nothing major is found.
