I found out the owner moved to England and is in his late 80's so I guess he's not all that interest in saving it any more.

Clifton,Here in New England/NY Metro area it is a common occurance when there is an Ice Storm so we have dealt with it may times.

I come from an area (northern new england) where 3-4 families are extremely popular and i find the good ones hard to come by in the st. pete tampa market.
