Hello I am a new investor. I have looked at rental properties for many years. I bought my first property 2 years ago. I am looking for any new contacts in SW Florida. I am loving Big Pockets.

The Podcast's are great.  I live in New Hampshire and am focusing on Cape Coral area. It is a growing area. I have a great team there. If anyone would like to talk I am looking forward to making

contacts.  I own SFM's,  But are looking into mulit family's any advice on the pros and cons would be welcomed.

Come join the SW Florida REIA. Their website is www.swflreia.com. Great group of smart people! As far as buying in the Cape, there ARE deals but few and far between. I have one under contract built in 2006, no defective drywall issues, and under contract for under $51/sq ft. There are some legal issues so I am not sure if we can close or not but should know maybe this week. The one I purchased before this was purchased for $56.24/sq ft, built in 06, and no defective drywall. That was a pretty good deal which I found on Craigslist! Just be patient and don't buy for the sake of buying. Buy when you make money! Feel free to PM me if there is anything I can do for you.
