I'm new here and eager to get my feet wet in the game by doing joint ventures with open minded investors in Atl.

My family has been involved in REI since I can remember and I've spent countless weekends fixing rental properties and doing some DIY rehab.I'm currently in the research phase of my real estate career and although my family's experience in RE lays heavily in single family homes, I am more drawn to multi-family and flipping.  

I would suggest entering a joint venture with a note investor and learning as you earn in that deal.

I need $350k to do another business venture.

The investment will not be considered substantial if it is not large enough to capitalize the venture.

That is a great post that will go far for me in starting this investment venture.  

Have enough liquidity to be able to buy partners out when things don't work out.I am on the opposite spectrum than the DIY with no partners.
