Here's how it works in Oregon so may or may not apply where you're at ...there's public access which basically gives you ability to view current active listings and then there's realtor access (much more comprehensive ... ability to view actives, pendings, solds, expireds, tax info, pricing history, do detailed searches, etc)... this access requires a real estate license and paying dues ... best bet if you want access and don't want to pay to get your license and all the affiliated ongoing dues, become friends with a real estate agent ...

Because I am an active broker, I cannot recommend an escrow company as those I usually work with are affiliated with my company.

In general if you want to invest own or manage your own portfolio of properties,  AND you need W2 income an option is going to work for a large national affiliate real estate agency.

They will be able to guide you through the process of gaining an actual merchantable and insurable title and not the title insurance company that Civic source is affiliated with.

The price of the 3 bedroom townhouse, which comes with 2 parking spots (and has no affiliated HOAs) is the price of most 1 bedroom condos in the area.
