@Derek Howe I wouldn't give up on your goal, you are just going to have to adapt.

I think you just need to readjust and adapt.  

I had always wanted to do an adaptive reuse project and moved to Minnesota for this building.

hey @Kerry Baird, yeah this one actually had to be ADA-adaptable too and it was only 395sq.ft garage-conversion, so we were stuffed for any counter space with what was left.

I imagine your goals may change and adapt over time, but before being influenced by others, I think this is a good place to start.

One’s listening and calibrated questioning should thus be geared toward uncovering, adapting to, and exploiting key unknown variables.
