Investments to improve the grid and adapt to a changing environment will be made, and costs of living will necessarily rise to pay for it. 

@Derek Howe I wouldn't give up on your goal, you are just going to have to adapt.

I think you just need to readjust and adapt.

hey @Kerry Baird, yeah this one actually had to be ADA-adaptable too and it was only 395sq.ft garage-conversion, so we were stuffed for any counter space with what was left.

I imagine your goals may change and adapt over time, but before being influenced by others, I think this is a good place to start.
