I believe Ventura County has rent control for mobile homes, but not sure about any cities that have a more comprehensive rent control scheme.

Of course, every time there is a structural component, the architect will have a CE design and stamp that and attach it to the planset.But yes, the Architect ALWAYS draws and produces the plans, especially in California...

Is there a more efficient or different option at finding these listing in Ventura or LA?

So while doing some market research online at www.apartments.com, I realized that there are A LOT of rentals in LV, density-wise, compared to Ventura, CA or Oxnard, CA where I live.

We have another unit (Duplex) where we inherited the tenants and one of them has been nothing but aces and of course the other one is nothing but problems and hasn't paid rent since October 2020 and that's just the beginning, has chased away our contractors, threatened our property management & the other tenants we've been to court to get them evicted and have lost on two (2) separate occasions.
