There was a certain way the mover advised us to pour the footers for the foundation in order to please a bank in the future if someone wants to buy it with an FHA loan - something to look into if you do this in the future.

I have a closing date on the contract and I also have furniture and movers coming soon

The problem I'm having in my new apartment isn't available until June 1, so I'd like to arrange for a mover very early morning on June 1.I've been a very good tenant and want to be cooperative.I appreciate any advice,

I have not worked with them personally, but from their posts, they appear to be movers and shakers as they say.Also my advice to you would be to join some local rei clubs, and cultivate the ability to find/create great deals investors would want to invest in.Yours truly,Greg Fries

I'm down in Montesano, WA near Aberdeen.

Real estate is public record so the real movers and shakers in your local community aren't that hard to find.  

And twice a different house within a 1/4 mile of my previous residence.Depending on how much you want the tenant to switch units, I'd offer to pay for movers and a few hundred dollars off the next month's rent. 

The sheriff and then showed up to make sure they were moving or the sherif and the movers would have stepped.When the sherif pulled up the former owners were busy packing.....
