If I am doing deals were I have to disclose those I do.Just depends on the venue and who I am working with..

In those cases you'll need to physically go to the various records rooms that constitute the land records in that area (it varies from County to County how many records rooms you'll need to visit).As for our firm, we are headquartered in California but we have a research team that covers all 3,611 recording venues in the USA.  

Meeting other investors through REIA groups, social media groups, and other venues, is very empowering.

Aloha, @Matthew Facer - yes, REI is indeed a great vehicle for building wealth in multiple forms and Oahu is a fantastic venue for doing so.

It's a great venue to for accountability and growth.We meet in person with no internet or phones so it's pretty intense.
