You sound very under market and if your trying to be a bit above everyone else.. then put some fresh plants outside.. do a nice paint fresh spritz on the trim around the front entry doors. maybe new Fresh updated mailboxes,, they always help set the place along with brand new house numbers that are updated and easy to read.I'd go 739.00 to start and limit occupancy to 3 people..  

Plants, fish tanks, are a big headache. and cause undue moisture issues

Fast forward to today: Milwaukee has been in the news lately quite a bit - Foxconn (one of the largest manufacturers of consumer electronics with 1.3 million employees) has announced a 10 billion dollar investment in a new plant creating up too 13.000 well paying jobs in Southeast Wiscinsin, probably Racine or Kenosha - close to the lake.

No one waiting left before seeing the interior; I suspect seeing other ppl there waiting to see the interior, it planted the seed that this property may not be around for long.

Well from the pics i wouldnt call it a whole gut job  or at least my definition of a gut job most of it has sheetrock already  patch it up scrape off old texture and re texture whole house.
