@Enyi Ajoku,We allow dogs/cats (breed restrictions from insurance), but all animals must be sprayed and neutered, no outside only animals and have regular pet fee/rent.       

Used rollers and brushes, not the spray stuff.  

I have seen there is a spray that i can use to remove it easily.

Wasp and bee spray is 3$ at Home Depot .

Appliances with water don't tend to "leak occasionally"...... they either leak or they don't...... the parts that hold water don't magically fix and fail and fix and fail........ so something is very off with their claimsodor is cleaning out the food that builds up....Not working as well.....lots of tenants think you cant throw ANYTHING in there and it magically cleans it spotless..... the throw really dirty stuff in or overload the thing, so its got no space to spray etc.

I got in and have inspected it and I saw a bed bug spray in there in the lease it said they are responsible for bed bugs.

I run the candles while I’m rehabbing and spray the matching air freshener before I show to perspective tenants.

Bottom line is fire department came in and sprayed the place and ripped up the living room floor(Can see through the floor), several walls have water damage, ceiling, flooring repair, painting, clean up etc......Police made manager board up the property. 

Whoa it just starts spraying paint with no trigger involved.

Then spray and set traps for roaches.
