Then it was designated as wetlands & the value of the land dropped to zip & they are now stuck with it including taxes based on an inflated assessment.But on the positive side the 39 acres immediately behind us, that was sold for $2mill for a huge subdivision, was subsequently designated as wetlands so they cannot build on it but it's great for breeding mosquitoes.

And if the OP has Erie Insurance (he is located in Erie PA after all) then I know that breed is one of their prohibited breeds. 

Mmmmm...just wondering...does anyone know of any gigantic RE websites out there that may be breeding all this competition we have been loathing in this thread?

I also thought they are a dying breed, as areas gentrify, in-unit washer and dryers are the norm.

They openly don’t have breed restrictions  and they allow you to buy out you lease with 1 month rent.

I have an acquaintance that tells me that even if my insurance company has a restriction on a breed of dog, that it doesn't matter because it is the tenants who are liable for their dog.

Contractors, whether they're GCs or subs are a different breed.

When people ask what breed she is I always reply, "feral."
