I had already signed up for a course at the local JC to fill my time this next semester, but this course offered by PropertyMetrics on this particular topic costs about the same as the class I was going to take, but focuses more on commercial real estate investing.Curious to know if anyone has any experience with the courses offered through them?

Its $35 per semester for 1 item, $35+$25 for 2 items, $35+$25+$15 for 3 items, If they take all 4, then $35 + $25 + $15  + $10.
