While there were many "Na-sayers", we sold the property above list price and well above what others thought it might sell for.

If you are not attached to the duplex, could be a good time to sell to developers who want to convert to individual condo units.

I'm a rookie in whole selling , I only have the knowledge that social media has and I think I understand how it works but have no idea of where to start or how its pretty frustrating not being able to provide for my family the way I want to and I could really use some advice or maybe tutoring in this subject, I just turned 20 and I want to have a good life in this economy I could really use any advice thank you so much.

If so, am I selling/transferring the title or am I just adding the entity to the title?

My husband talked to his boss to see if he was interested on selling a small vacant house he owned, and we got it!

BUT, I am sick living in construction and would like to move to a new home and then finish fliping and sell or hold the two homes asap.

This is specific to this, I have the detailed 411 on this, including full background on seller, why selling, how things have gone, maintenance history and recent updates/upgrades such as the newer roof, HVAC etc etc etc... 

I never understood why people would have a flip, boost the value by tens of thousands of dollars, then sell it as opposed to keeping the equity and putting a tenant in there. 

That it is near you is good, but find out how easy it will be to sell.
