We’re at November 25th and one of my 2 is late again and now applying for rental assistance for November and December rent because she can’t make ends meet.

Obviously, I need a job and want something in RE so that I'm in the loop & can learn from to apply my skills and experience towards REI. 

If three people are applying together, we don't process any of their applications until all three are complete.

If I assume a 2% rate of rental increase for 15 years and 50% rule for expense, we will have $7.5K/month net-profits in 15 years.- Split 50:50 between real-estate & stock market. 

It may apply to the fund you purchased years ago, but I don't think you are claiming knowledge of the currently paying or available funds.Most of your prior PPR-related posts have been directed at the funds, not individual note buying.  

Make sure to read your condo rules before going the mid-term rental route. 

While this is all good and fun, I understand that there is some criteria to meet when I eventually move out and have to apply for a rental license.

I tried using the promo code in the store, and it could not apply the promo code. 

I wonder if I can apply to add an unit like this?
