I have about 250 questions I ask a sponsor and spend probably 10 hours easily researching them.

IMO, you should narrow that down first then research how else you can accomplish that goal. 

@Brody Veilleux I'd encourage you to research the FHA (203k) loan process.

Even though I have done my own research, I still came up empty handed.  

Not sure by how much yet; still researching that.

Ong keep reading many different books, articles, news, research on real estate investing and then you’ll start to pull your preferred themes that run through all.

Make sure you have a handyman contact and also research to find emergency service people (plumber for sure). you dont want to have to go searching at 11 pm at night because of an issue.
