Hi @Kevin Coleman, call a wildlife removal service. 

She removed a lot of stuff, but this is the end result.She is very nice, pays like clockwork, communicates well, and never fusses. 

Since Terrance wasn't doing anything to get contractors to do the work and we were loosing money on it, we sold it for around the price Invictus purchased it for, which did not include the renovation money. 

Remove the emotional attachment to this property if you have any. 

If you care about the long-term value of your home, absolutely do not remove the garage.

This removes the cloud from the title if no other liens or mortgages and then you can get title insurance.  

I had a ppm years ago we never launched.. my X partner just dusted it off the shelf and never removed my name..

The proper procedure to remove tenants or occupants from the property is an eviction proceeding.

Several people I talked to said they almost didn't contact me because there were so many applications and and contacts they figured it was an old listing that was never removed.

@Konstantin Boubev The removal cost sounds way out of line, typically well known companies like Brinks will remove the tank for a couple of grand.
