When it comes to contractors, or any service for that matter, it pays to remember the following:There are three kinds of service--you can pick any two:GOOD - CHEAP - FAST1. 

Remember, the magmt , advertising etc is the same-whether 50 units or 500.

I can't remember the numbers, but I think when mortgage rates were 5%, they were making sure people could afford 8%.
