Here’s what I’m considering:I plan to call the mortgage company tomorrow to explore any assistance options they might offer.Should I look into selling the property?

There are not many companies vertically integrated that take the financial risk on the front end. 

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.

I  took over a mature company that had an investor base that I think average age had to be 65 to 70..

Has anyone every worked with or heard anything about a company named Five Stream Ventures? 

I would like to have lower monthly payments should I make a big lump sum payment towards my principals and ask my mortgage company to adjust it or refinance it or which one is the best ? 

The solar system adds no value to my property for rental purposes, and I may even be ripping up the roof & replacing it in the new year.Beyond sending a nasty letter through my attorney via certified mail, demanding the company come pick up their equipment, am I required to take any further action or fulfill any obligations regarding these contracts?

Instead evaluate the services you're providing and if your charge is comparable to other companies in the area.

@Travis Marko There are several skip tracing companies out there.
