I'm learning about this field and I am not sure what sites to trust for gaining information on the estates and who are credible sources.

I've heard great things about this site and community.

Hostile HOAAnd of course financing.. what if you need off site improvements how are you going to pay those is the local jurisdiction going to help or you have to pay it.. or can you do an improvement district with some sort of bond act.

I know the Real Estate Guys talk about/promote Belize quite a bit Some resources here on their site https://realestateguysradio.com/markets/belize/Their podcast is pretty interesting and that link has some links to podcast episodes they've done about Belize..they do promote quite a bit and a lot's of ads compared to the BP podcast....but you can always fast forward of course..

Which often the time is a total combined project time encapsulating more than the specific task alone, but things such as roll-out, roll-up, any ancillary tasks, maybe getting materials, site travel etc etc... 

The main challenge with some of these are the dimensions of your lot and configuring the site to allow the minimum stacking of vechicles.Depending on your use, a 5000 sq ft building may be tough to fit in this size lot when looking at how much parking you want/need, building setbacks, landscaping setbacks etc.   

As I understand it, there used to be an on-site management company that operated some of the units as a condotel.
