I don't want to say I have knowledge like a professional but I have been learning about real estate for two years now and was considering getting my license I had taken those courses but some things happened and I ended up not getting it right now I want to start with wholesaling real estate for other personal reasons to get a head start on experience.

Possibly paying taxes on 2 lots for a long while...This is just MY STORY, IF IT WORKED FOR YOU AWESOME.Im mostly upset AT MYSELF for getting pushed around in this the way I did.ANY ADVICE?

For me the 'key' was finding a mentor willing to push me and help me figure out what, when and how to do it.

It's also a good idea to check with the bank ahead of time to see if they have any specific requirements.

Property like this sf does not matter it is revenue it can generate.I think $400k is pushing it in downtown Hagerstown - just my 2 cents
