To navigate the nuance in the laws properly for compliance and to accurately structure our LLC, I am looking to consult with an attorney who knows immigration + business + tax laws. 

Since both lots had the same mailing address, this was the address used by the foreclosure attorney when posting the sale.

Still, not changing over the utilities in the winter is stupid but the PM should have checked the unit to make sure everything was set properly - heat down but not off, lights off, etc. 

@tom shallcross summarized this well in another post and just inflate your numbers up for a $665k purchase price and $2300/mo per unit for rent.Borrow 80% which is like $3700/mo for Principal, Interest, Taxes, and Insurance.
