At first there was just a little bit of pain if I moved my hand or wrist far, but after several hours I was in non-stop agony and any finger/hand/wrist movement or pressure of any kind was too painful to consider.Now my right hand is out of commission :) Fortunately the pain has gone down in the past few hours and I have more freedom of movement in my right hand.

The main reason is for liability protection but as you know it is possible to pierce an LLC Keep in mind that the fact it can be pierced doesn't mean it WILL be pierced.

So, if you were to get sued, if the oppsing lawyer can show that you regularly blur the lines between you and the you that is owner of your company, they may be able to convince a judge to pierce the veil of separation that LLCs are meant to provide.
